Processing returned goods requires a specific logistical approach. In close consultation with the client, we tailor return processes to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently. The most important steps in this process are quality control and numbers checking and listing.

All inbound volumes are accurately recorded in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and associated inventory reports can be shared digitally for complete transparency. For repair or refurbishing, we can set up special workstations by arrangement so that this work can be performed directly in our warehouse. This often requires training and education of warehouse personnel by the client to carry out the processes efficiently and with the right expertise (staffing, outsourcing). If goods or raw materials are no longer usable, we investigate sustainable solutions together with the client. For example, we offer opportunities for disassembly and circular processing of goods to give them a "second life."
