Fritom Group: Solid market position through synergy, stability and sustainable growth
Fritom Group consists of six specialized logistics companies spread throughout the Netherlands and has enjoyed a solid position within the logistics sector for over fifty years. As a group we are strong: we support each other, strengthen each other's strengths and create a foundation on which each company within Fritom can continue to grow autonomously.
The subsidiaries benefit from the support of a strong holding company, which contributes to the overall financial health and stability of the group. This stability allows us to invest in projects that contribute to ensuring continuity. Think of sustainability initiatives for our logistics premises, or earmarking budgets for innovation and technological advances.
Thanks to this strength, we are able to deliver our buildings to high BREEAM standards, such as Excellent and Outstanding. This indicates that our buildings excel in sustainability, energy efficiency and future-proofing, with Outstanding even being considered the highest international recognition in this field. For example, the recently completed new-build projects in Uden at Sanders|Fritom and in Veendam at Oldenburger|Fritom were realized according to the BREEAM Excellent and Outstanding standards.
New building TGN|Fritom
In Zwolle at TGN|Fritom a BREEAM Excellent warehouse is being built on a plot of almost 100,000m2. By building a new, future-proof building in Zwolle, we are increasing our ability to serve customers even better and faster. This expansion will take place as much as possible from our own strengths, as we carefully plan and monitor our financial space.
