The Fritom Group originated from the cooperation of three Frisian family-run logistics companies: Doorenbos, Veenstra and Wiersma. In 1971 they joined forces around a common idea: to professionalize milk transport by tank truck. A close cooperation between the three families developed. Their motto: if you can't share, you can't multiply! This pioneering spirit laid the foundation for what has now grown into a leading international logistics service provider, with over 550 employees.

Now, more than 50 years after its founding, the Group's activities are no longer limited to Friesland. With Fritom locations in Bolsward, Sneek, Heeg, Deventer, Veendam, Zwolle, Emmen and Uden, Fritom Group has now become a major national player and is among the top 35 logistics service providers in our country. The Fritom companies retain their own identity but share the same mission: to provide smart, reliable and future-proof logistics solutions. In this they are supported by a strong holding company. The way we work together is characterized by short lines of communication, committed teams and a culture in which reliability and professionalism are self-evident.
