Müller Transport Holten indicated in 2005 that it would like to focus on conditioned refrigerated transport. It was therefore mutually decided that Fritom would continue solely with MMC and MMT. In 2005 MMC became a 100% Fritom subsidiary and in 2006 MMT became one. MMC was integrated into Melkweg|Fritom in 2008. In the same year, MMT was renamed Bidon Logistiek BV. The company remained based in Enter. In 2016, Bidon|Fritom's planning and administration were moved to Bolsward for efficiency reasons, where they found a place in Melkweg|Fritom's premises.
Heading into 2010

Having started in Rotterdam in 2007 as an external division of Transportgroep Nederland (TGN) in Zwolle, Forvision|Fritom became an independently operating Fritom subsidiary on January 1, 2009. The forwarding company arranges the transportation and handling of goods going to and from Rotterdam by sea freight. It focuses on the Far East in particular. Forvision|Fritom also arranges road transport from Rotterdam through Europe.

Effective January 1, 2009, Fritom acquired Brabant-based Sanders Logistics from owners Bart and Thijs Sanders. Sanders Logistics, based in Uden, specializes in warehousing and domestic general cargo distribution. To further expand the company, Sanders' management saw advantages in joining a large organization. It also foresaw that the lack of a support center in the north would eventually prove prohibitive for Sanders. The acquisition was in line with Fritom's goal of creating a nationwide network of logistics companies that combine warehousing with domestic distribution and international groupage.

Fritom subsidiary Veenstra & Wiersma saw no more opportunities for growth at its Boxtel location. The company therefore moved to Sanders in Uden on February 2, 2009. Both companies saw great benefits in working together from a single location. On January 1, 2010 this collaboration resulted in a merger between the two companies. The new company continued under the name Sanders|Fritom. This was because Sanders had by then built up a strong name in the regional market and because its customer base was larger than that of Veenstra&Wiersma.

The companies got a new corporate identity in 2009. It was new and special and, for some, quite a bit of getting used to.
The striking face stands out, sticks in the memory and is very recognizable. That suits us. We do things differently from others. The logo is not just a face, but depicts a stylized professor (Einstein). Representative of our group as a smart logistics service provider looking for the best logistics solutions for the customer. A torch can also be recognized in our logo. We want to become the torch bearers in the field of logistics services.
We form a group but at the same time the operating companies' own identity remains. That is the reason why this logo is implemented at each Fritom company in its own corporate color. But whether it is red, yellow, blue or orange, the logo remains clearly recognizable as "the Fritom logo. The name of the operating company comes first, Fritom stands behind it.

In 2010, Rinze Veenstra† stepped down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fritom Holding. Resigning from this position was a well-considered step, but at the same time not an easy decision emotionally. Rinze stood, together with Jan Wiersma and Willem Doorenbos at the cradle of the Fritom Group and was part of the board from the beginning.
From 1989 he combined the general management of Veenstra with the chairmanship of the Fritom board. He held this chairmanship until 2006. For Rinze Veenstra entrepreneurship was extremely important. He found personal attention for his employees essential. His drive to work together forms the basis of the Fritom Group. In 2006 Fritom got a Supervisory Board. It was only logical that Rinze Veenstra would chair this board. A role he fulfilled until 2010.
